Grape juice concentrate

Starting with fresh fruits, we get concentrated grape juices with an authentic taste and aroma thanks to our natural production processes.
All our juices are obtained from selected varieties of white and red grapes of the highest quality.
Grape juice concentrate is obtained from pressed grapes. The water content in it is partially removed by evaporation.
It is used in winemaking and in the food industry for sweetening, coloring or as a grape must for wine fermentation process and preparation of other alcoholic beverages.
By supplying different varieties of white and red grapes concentrates, we can produce a wide range of products depending on the needs of our customers.

WHITE GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATE
Juice concentrate made from selected European white grapes. Available 65 ° and 68 ° Brix.

RED GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATE
Juice concentrate produced from specially selected varieties of red grapes Cabernet Sauvignon. 65 ° and 68 ° Brix are available, with color intensities from 1000 up to 3000 SJ.

RECTIFIED (DEIONISED) GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATE
The process of rectification (deionization) removes all minerals, acids, odor and color, leaving only natural grape water and sugars (glucose and fructose). Available 65 ° and 68 ° Brix.
